Ownership of Work

Ownership of any work produced by WikiCreation.co.uk will only be transferred to you after full payment has been made. If payments are incomplete, ownership remains with the company.

Confidentiality and Information

All information you provide, including personal details and project information, is kept confidential and used only to fulfil your service requirements. However, we may disclose certain information where required by law or under Wikipedia’s transparency policies.

Originality of Content

WikiCreation.co.uk guarantees that all content is original and free from plagiarism. However, the inclusion of public data, quotes, or citations might appear in plagiarism checks. A plagiarism report can be requested by contacting your account manager.

Account Reactivation

If your account remains inactive for more than six months, it may be deactivated. To reactivate your account, email info@wikicreation.co.uk A reactivation fee may apply.

Guarantees and Limitations

While WikiCreation.co.uk provides services related to Wikipedia, we are not affiliated with Wikipedia or Wikimedia Foundation. We cannot guarantee that pages will always remain published or that Wikipedia guidelines won’t change. Our services include:

  • Assessing notability based on publicly available information.
  • Conducting research for reliable sources.
  • Drafting high-quality Wikipedia articles in line with Wikipedia’s standards.
  • Disclosing any paid contributions according to Wikipedia’s policies.

We cannot guarantee publication if the subject fails to meet notability criteria. Refunds are not provided if these guidelines are not met unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered in certain circumstances:

  • If we fail to publish your page despite delivering a notability report and draft.
  • If the draft or notability report is not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
  • If there is a significant delay or communication issue despite multiple attempts.
No refunds will be given:
  • If you fail to provide the necessary information.
  • If your page is deleted due to content guidelines or you make unauthorised edits.
  • If the page is deleted after 30 days of publication and no page maintenance service was purchased.
